Can I modify my order after payment?

If your order has not entered processing, we may be able to update it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before shipment begins. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Processing usually takes 1–3 business days.

Delivery generally requires:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 6–18 business days

How do I track my order?

A tracking email is sent once your order leaves our fulfillment facility.

Tracking information may become active within 24–72 hours.


Why hasn't my tracking updated?

International parcels sometimes remain unchanged while moving between logistics hubs. This is completely normal.


Products

Are colors exactly the same as shown?

We photograph our products carefully, but screen settings and lighting may create slight color differences.


Will the fabric feel exactly the same as expected?

Each skirt is produced using selected materials. Texture and feel may vary slightly between collections while maintaining quality standards.


Returns

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours and include photographs of both the packaging and the product.


What if I receive the wrong product?

We'll investigate immediately and provide the appropriate solution.
