  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

During busy shopping periods, product launches, or seasonal promotions, processing may require a little longer.

Shipping Confirmation

When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

  • Shipping confirmation
  • Tracking number (when available)
  • Tracking instructions

Tracking information may require 24–72 hours before becoming active.

Depending on the destination, shipments may be transported through different international logistics providers before being handed over to local delivery companies for final delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an address is entered incorrectly:

Customs & Import Duties

Any applicable duties, VAT, customs fees, or import charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to complete delivery:

  • additional delivery attempts may be made;
  • the parcel may be held at a local collection point;
  • the shipment may eventually be returned if not collected.

Please monitor your tracking information to avoid unnecessary delays.


Lost Shipments

If your tracking has not been updated for an unusually long period, please contact us.

Our support team will investigate directly with the shipping carrier and work toward the most appropriate resolution.


Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • photograph the package before opening it;
  • keep all packaging materials;
  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

This helps us coordinate an investigation with the carrier.


Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

This happens when products are shipped from different fulfillment locations or become available at different times.

No additional shipping charges apply.


Order Changes

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately.

Requests can only be accommodated before the order enters fulfillment.

Once shipment has begun, changes are no longer possible.
